The Crux:πŸ”–

This book is about Naithy Cherokil, Alice Cherokil, Prem Rollands, and Arun Rollands and Tony D'Souza. Alice has killed her stepfather and ran away and her mother, Naithy is in coma. Then it is about the brothers Arun and prem Rollands, whereas Arun was killed in a police encounter and Prem is scrutinizing and analysing the fact about his brother's killer. He wants to take revenge for that. This book is about all of these characters and how things are changing. This book has a lot of plots and too many characters because of that the readers will get bored easily. The story is ok, but the writing style is not up to the mark. Like, telling us about all of the characters for such a long time, which is unnecessary.

My 2 Cents:✍️

Faith and The Beloved is a "Adult Crime Thriller' which has so many characters and different plot lines too confusing some times. This book is such a disappointing read, which made me getting bored to another level, where I thought that I couldn't complete it at all. but somehow, I finished reading it entirely with a lot of struggles. Though I personally like Alice's boldness and Prem's affection towards his sibling Arun. Too many sexual scenes and rape scenes are added, which is not at all necessary. Issues like Rape and many more are taken very casually. Portraying all characters with this mentality isn't ok. I don't recommend this read. The positive point though is the Cover of the Book which is very attractive.
