The Crux: πŸ”–

Death served cold is an interesting and spine-tingling read which consists of seven stories about women murderers (based on true incidents). It has some of the most gruesome murders by women in India. We always see women as loving, caring, and kind-hearted. Here in this read we witness some of the women as evil-minded and commit heinous and merciless acts of violence who can even kill their kin. It all happens because of lust, greed and blind faith. Each story consists of different kinds of murders and the shocking fact in each case is that the convict is a close relative of the victim. You must grab it to know more about these stories.

My two cents: πŸ“Œ

The language is simple and lucid. The narration is just perfect and definitely a gripping read. The collection of stories and plot is crafted really well. The author has included some reference links at the end of the book that are related to the stories. The author has done so much research for each story which is much appreciatable. The only thing I felt in most of the stories that the suspense was revealed too soon which loses its grip. I would like to recommend this captivating read for all murder mystery genre readers.

πŸ›‘Note: Not for the light-hearted.

Honestly, I got disturbed while reading it.
