Malini and the car festival by Darshini is an amazing and cute children's fiction read with adorable illustrations. The story is all about the village car festival, which includes chariots and carnivals which elaborates about the traditions of India and how malini enjoys it. The read brings back the good old memories from my childhood days. It is apt for smaller kids and my kid daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this read as we shared our childhood experiences. The quality of the book is just perfect. The language and vocabulary used by author is really very good for kids to learn new words. Overall, a cute lovely book to cherish and to add to a kid's bookshelf. I recommend this read for all the kids and their parents to encourage reading.
