🔸A guidebook of daily exercise for women is a very beautiful aswell as helpful book for workouts. The book starts with a simple exercises and explaining about the human anatomy.

🔸It guides the reader to go through weeks of exercises with levels & some amazingly explained step by step pictures in each exercises for a beginner like me. The trainer Aditya Arora elaborates workouts using objects like boxes and bands.

🔸The whole book has lots of motivational quotes and beautiful illustrations that is related to workout and fitness. The cover page of the book is so gorgeous with its Matt finish with pink colour. That provokes me to grab this amazing book.

🔸This is such a wonderful workout book one should never miss. I am sure this will be a very useful and helpful guide to all the women out there. I would like to recommend this book to all for a healthy and happy Lifestyle.
