Title: Mystery of the urban monks

🔸 The story starts with John an American fictional writer meets Yogi during a train journey to Varanasi. Yogi starts narrating a story about three friends called Krish, Tony and Asif.

🔹Krish, owns a software company. Tony, a high school dropout and a Vodka-crazy guy. Asif is a carpet seller.

🔸 These three buddies go on a trip to Goa which turns their life upside down. Their plane is hijacked while returning from Goa. How they escape from that situation!

🔹After that incident Tony and Krish go on a spiritual trip to Tibet in search of his lost friend called Dorjee (a Buddhist monk). Krish returns home after leaving Tony.

🔸After a few months Krish finds both of his friends are missing. Can he able to find out his friends? Who is yogi and how he is related to them is the remaining story for you to catch up.

🔹This is a very gripping and fast-paced read which I finished in a single sitting. The cover of the book is simply eye-catching. The plot and narration are very simple and the language is lucid. 

🔸The places Described like Goa, Tibet's Lhasa, Shigatse, Dharamshala, and Varanasi are cool. The story has a lot of elements with very few characters. The twists and turns in the story are very enthralling and captivating. It is a book filled with friendship, thrill, spirituality, love and betrayal. Overall, a very good read one can pick it up if you love short quick reads.
