🔸The 10 Gunas by Professor P.R.Mukund is an amazingly crafted book about the spiritual journey using Vedic science and explains the 10 Gunas - Jnana, Bhakti, Vairagya, Pragnya, Medha Shakti, Dhriti, Stithi, Yoga, Prana Shakti, Bala which we are and we should apply in our daily life.

🔹The book Starts with a brief introduction about the author's childhood, those struggles and obstacles that he faced. This is a gripping as well as fast-paced read.

🔸The language used is very simple and lucid. The author has elaborated on it perfectly. He has explained each chapter in a well-detailed method. This kind of book is very new to me. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
