🔸 Mohana, by Abhyudita Gautam is a gripping and fast-paced play which is about Mohana, a young boy who was betrayed by his brothers and become a victim. The scene 1 starts with the brothers of Mohana, Tulsi and Laxman trying to convince him to accept the crime of murdering Massadi Havildar.

🔹Mohana accepts to bear the consequences of the murder after thinking about his brother's family wife and children. He was summoned in front of the king's court and given a chance to speak and defend himself as everyone including the king knows about who murdered Massadi, but they want to know why he accepted and want him to change his decision. What happened then is remaining about this play.

👉My two cents:-

🔸 It is a very quick read one can finish in half an hour. A very good one indeed with both English and Hindi versions. This is the first time that I grabbed a book that has a play that is developed scene by scene and Yeahhh! it didn't disappoint me.

🔹The cover page is so good it shows the image of ancient people during the king's rule and its durbar. It is a play that is beautifully created and presented to the readers. Overall, a very good but heart-rending read.
